Day 1 – Introduction to wet clay and/or slip v

with terminologyv Allow students to get comfortable with clay
Day 2 – Projects
with wet clay and/or slipv Students will make projects such as dish made out of their palm, whistles and/or animal figurings.
Day 3 – Introduction to various painting techniques & painting potteryv
Students will make a trivet
with 4 different painting techniquesv Student will select one pottery to paint
Day
4 – Introduction to mosaicsv Student will learn the concept of mosaicsv Student will make one mosaic piece
Day 5 – Pizza Partyv Student will bring all projects home.
